Lead Business Analyst X2 - Up to £65,000 + Bonus & Excellent Bonus - Medway, Kent - ASAP Start

I have a very rare opportunity for 2 Lead Business Analysts to manage and develop a team of analysts located in the UK and India. You will be delivering functional and non-functional requirements against an agreed change and transformation roadmap with a key focus on my clients financial products.

This will include working with data & systems modelling, processes and associated business initiatives. Working hand in hand with the business and IT programme managers, project managers and business leads to agree scheduling and planning of analysis responsibilities and resource needs across multiple platforms, ensuring Business Architecture aligns to IT Architecture.

The role will require the job holder to work independently engaging with key stakeholders on a number of varying sized business and IT projects and change initiatives concurrently across the Group. As a senior member of the business analysis team, the role holder will deliver against the Group portfolio roadmap.

The role involves working closely with the BA Manager and Business Analysts, ensuring processes and working practices are carried out in line with agreed change policies and procedures and operating frameworks.

Skills required

* Proven background as a Lead Business Analyst with 1 or more direct report
* Line managing Business Analysts is essential
* Previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst
* Gathering requirements in an Agile delivery environment, building Epics and Stories
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Waterfall and Agile experience
* Project documentation and planning - PID's/RAIDS/milestone and project plans
* Experience of analyst experience for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, data mapping
* Experience of data flow modelling and data lineage modelling
* Previous experience of working in matrix management capacity
* Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Hours - Mon to Fri - 9am to 5pm
