Our client a globally recognised manufacturing business based in Thanet are seeking a HR Administrator to join their well-established team.
Your primary function will be to provide full administration support to the busy HR team however you will be given the opportunity to grow your HR knowledge in a number of key areas including: ER, recruitment, performance management and L&D
Requirements:
* You will have strong experience in a similar HR Administrator/Advisor position;
* You will have excellent verbal and written skills and be proficient with MS Office packages such as Word and Outlook and ideally database experience;
* CIPD Qualified Level 5 would be desirable but not essential, applicants qualified by experience will be considered.
Duties will include:
* To provide HR information systems are accurate and effective;
* Provide exceptional HR administration;
* To develop new ways to improve the HR administrative process.
Salary is dependent on experience, with many great benefits including a generous holiday allowance and annual bonuses paid, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate.
