Do you want to join #TeamDemelza? We are looking for an individual, who is interested in maintenance and the upkeep requirements of our buildings and equipment, to undertake a wide range of building, repairs and decoration.

You will have good communication skills and be able to work closely with others, as well as a flexible approach to working with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

Full training will be provided. Previous experience of working in a maintenance environment and basic skills in carpentry or plumbing would be desirable.

A full valid driving licence is essential for this role, as regular travel throughout Kent and South East London will be required.
