Internal Sales Executive [FULL TIME].

Are you looking for a new career opportunity within a diverse, globally recognised company in the construction industry? We have two exciting vacancies within our successful Sales department based in the UK Head Office, Ashford as an Internal Sales Executive reporting to the Senior Estimator.

If you’re unaware, Boon Edam Limited is the UK subsidiary of Royal Boon Edam International BV, operating throughout the United Kingdom. We sell, project manage, install and service hundreds if not thousands of Boon Edam revolving doors and security entrance products each year for a well-known client base. We operate across a multitude of sectors with various clients from; architects, contractors, multi-nationals, building façade, interior designers or fit-outs and security sub-contractors – to name but a few. We're proud to have worked on some of the most prestigious projects within the United Kingdom and continue to be the chosen entry solution provider on not only a local, but a global scale.
Purpose of an Internal Sales Executive at Boon Edam.

As an Internal Sales Executive you and the team will be responsible for producing highly accurate and timely quotations for new business projects along with communicating with customers. It is imperative to this role that a skill of great attention to detail is utilised at all times when producing and copying sales quotations. At Boon Edam we strongly believe in ‘working better together’ and through this you, the external Area Sales Managers and Specification Managers will work together to create accurate product documentation for customers.

Internal Sales Executive Brief Activities:
• The optimal maintenance of our CRM (SAP) to ensure an accurate and reliable record of all sales activity is maintained.
• To ensure all sales leads are followed up via appropriate communication with the customer.
• Working with external Area Sales Managers to ensure up to date information and pricing is executed to a high standard for the customer.
• Implementation of all lead generation software made available by the company to research and increase pro-active sales by the external field area sales managers.
• Maintaining and updating customer details on CRM.
• Maintaining and updating all electronic files.
• Where necessary attend training courses or meetings both in the UK and the Netherlands.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 17:00pm

• The office is closed between Christmas and New Year.
