Finance Assistant

As a growing organisation, we are always on the lookout for innovative and talented team members. We are now looking for a Finance Assistant to join us on a 12 month contract!





What will I be doing?

By joining the Finance Team, you will be ensuring the timely processing of payments for the business and supporting the Financial Control team by calculating and posting transactions into the accounting systems.



You will be…



* Inputting payments for various departments ensuring procedures and protocols are adhered to
* Supporting the Treasury department with back office administration
* Interacting with OSB India providing advice and guidance as well as quality checks
* Monitoring the team's mailboxes and responding to enquiries received
* Posting journals into the accounting system ensuring accuracy at all times
* Ensuring that the Bank's cheques are written or printed accurately



PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS ON A PART TIME BASIS WORKING 21 HOURS PER WEEK (WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY)



Could you be the one?

Previous work experience in finance administration

Strong knowledge of finance processes

Qualifications in Maths or English at GCSE level
