Are you an experience administrator looking for a new role? Are you able to transfer skills into a new role? Then read on⦠I am looking for an experienced Administrator who will work alongside a Contracts Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative ad hoc support to the contracts administrator.
Key Responsibilities of Administrator:
* Monitors and records all attendance for staff on site
* Process passes for workers
* Ad hoc administrative duties
* Complete paperwork for legal documents
* Training
* Complete security forms and all compliance
* Excellent attention to detail is required
* Main duties front of house / main call operator
* Data input using Excel and using it to transfer information
* Assist the contracts administrator
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Previous administrative experience
* Must be IT literate with understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task
* General willingness to be helpful, enthusiastic and flexible
* Able to work as an individual and as part of a team
