JOB TITLE: Senior Customer Service

LOCATION: Ashford

SALARY: £13ph

HOURS: 37 hours per week, across Monday to Sunday, 6am to 10pm

STARTING: ASAP

CONTRACT: 6 months - possibly permanent

BENEFITS: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, possibly permanent for the right candidates, free parking



We're partnering exclusively with this fantastic company to help them fill their new office, due to a relocation they are moving their Customer Services to Ashford and they need 2 Team Leaders to support their new Customer Service Team, as well as get involved in the normal day to day job.



Working a 5 week shift rotation, the day to day duties in your new job would be:

* Answering customer calls
* Taking payments over the phone
* Taking messages
* Referring customers to the correct department
* Updating the database
* Answering customer queries
* Customer service
* Handling any escalations from customers
* Resolving any rota queries
* Managing staff absence



We'd love to speak to candidates:

* With recent office based Customer Service experience - call centre would be preferable
* Some supervisory or management experience
* Who are available with a maximum of 1 weeks notice
* Have strong IT skills and learn new systems quickly
* Who are fully flexible to cover shifts over 7 days
