HR GO Recruitment are currently seeking an Administration Assistant on a temporary basis for 2 months to work for a well-known firm in Ashford. This role will require high attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
Main duties:

Entering large amounts of data onto spreadsheets
*
Dealing with sensitive/confidential information
*
Answering customer enquiries
*
Updating the in-house operating systems
*
Other ad hoc admin duties as directed by your line manager
The ideal candidate:
*
Experience in a similar role administrative role is essential
*
SAP experience is essential
*
Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook/Excel)
*
Intermediate IT skills
*
Must be a team player
Additional information:
*
The pay rate is £12 per hour
*
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
*
This role is initially being offered on a 2-month temporary basis.
