Job Title: - Junior S/Trainee/Apprentice Jeweller
Industry: - Fine, Bespoke Jewellery Retail
Location: - Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Salary: - £18,000 Circa per annum
We are looking for someone who has exceptional written and spoken English, a passion for learning and someone who is able to learn and retain information quickly and easily.
This role will require proactive and driven to make every customer's experience a special one. A passion for jewellery would be an advantage!
The role will involve:
* Dealing with client enquiries
* Learning and personal development
* Achieving sales objectives and KPIs
* Maintaining merchandising and showroom standards
* Representing the company in a professional manner
The ideal candidate will:
* An interest in Fine Jewellery
* Have customer service, retail or sales experience
* Be professional and well-presented
* Have a critical eye for detail
* Be flexible, reliable and willing to learn
* Have an excellent standard of written and spoken English
Experience is not required for this role as full training and support will be provided.
