Junior Packing and Dispatch Assistant
S&D Print & Graphic Solutions are a specialist graphic and display company providing high quality service to large blue-chip companies across the UK.
We pride ourselves on being able to provide the highest level of services within our industry with unrivalled credibility and reputation.
S&D are looking for a physically fit junior packing and dispatch assistant to support our Finishers within a busy warehouse environment.
Main Duties will include;
- Organising the most effective way to store materials
- Checking any signage for damage before packaging, ready for transport
- Packing client consignments to their specifications
- Working with others in a timely manner to ensure all orders leave our premises in time
- Creating consignment paperwork
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
You will also have the opportunity to learn various trimming and finishing skills and will receive on the job training with the department manager, and other team members.
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM.
You will receive 1 x 30 minute unpaid lunch break per day and 2 x 15 minute paid breaks per day and you must be willing to work overtime as and when required.
As a junior packer, you will receive a pay rate that meets National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage, dependant on your age.
