Our client is a market leader in their field and is looking for a confident and articulate communicator to join their successful and close-knit team as a Customer Care Officer / Customer Service Advisor.

Building rapport with your customers, providing exceptional customer service and understanding your customers' needs will be things that come naturally to you.

Duties for this Customer Care Officer / Customer Service Advisor role will include but not be limited to:

* Dealing with daily customer enquiries via phone, email and letters
* Proactively calling customers at set intervals to ensure they're happy with the service provided
* Encouraging and reviewing online reviews
* Providing advice and support on the products/service provided
* Complaint handling and problem resolution

The successful Customer Care Officer / Customer Service Advisor will have / be / be able to:

* An excellent communicator
* Basic Excel skills and the ability to learn new CRMs
* Excellent spoken and written skills
* The ability to turn a potentially negative or frustrated situation into a positive!
