SUMMARY:
DayOne Design Studio are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their fast-growing marketing team. Based in the heart of Canterbury City Centre, the Digital Marketing Executive will provide digital marketing support to senior management. You will need a great eye for detail, have both a creative and analytical mindset with excellent time management skills so that you can maintain the deadlines across a variety of projects. This is a great opportunity, offering good career progression, to join a hard-working multi award-winning young company, with the opportunity to help steer the digital direction of the company. The role would particularly suit a marketing graduate, or an experienced digital professional.

As well as being able to manage existing software systems we are looking for somebody who will be able to suggest and recommend new and upcoming digital platforms.


ESSENTIAL:
3 years’ experience in digital marketing
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Detailed working knowledge of various systems, including, or equivalent to:
WordPress, Photoshop, Hootsuite, Survey Monkey
Proven record of running marketing campaigns across various platforms such as:
Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, PPC, YouTube
Working knowledge of SEO content creation and management
Able to create and work to KPIs and campaign targets
Able to manage various projects for various clients running simultaneously.
Effective communication skills
Determination and resilience
Enthusiasm, self-motivation and flexibility
High level of written English


PREFERABLE:
Marketing degree (or similar)
Video editing skills
Knowledge of web development process
Knowledge of overseas digital markets, particularly North America, Australia and Northern Europe


YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS:
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
To manage the content of our own websites and social media across the three companies within our group, including blogs
Writing and optimising content across websites and social media for our clients
Analyse website statistics and social, organic and paid-for campaign results
Edit and post videos
Write copy and manage email campaigns
Identify new trends in digital marketing and evaluate new technologies
Working with our designers to create online advertising campaigns
Create regular reports for both internal and external use
