Mattressnextday are looking for a motivated individual to join their Sales Office Team as a Data Input Assistant. The applicant will need to be a motivated individual with a "can do" attitude who is willing to work as part of a team or on their own.

The position involves:-

• Capturing data onto various systems quickly and accurately.
• Strong focus with the ability to handle repetitive inputting.
• Good telephone manner.
• Computer literate, including the basic use of word and excel, preferably fast typing skills.
• Positive, friendly and supportive attitude to work as a team.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Process data for various Courier systems.
• Process customer returns module, ensuring all data included and reported.
• Process courier claims paperwork.
• Complete data entry tasks to collate results of statistics.
• Process the post, filing, archiving and photocopying.
• Support Sales & Customer Services Managers with administrational tasks
• Respond to incoming enquires via the telephone and email when required, ensuring a polite and friendly mannerism at all times.

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730. Overtime may be required from time to time.
