StudentTenant.com is an online student lettings website, and we're looking for someone who can help assist potential tenants into private housing. If you work for us, we truly believe that most of the time you'll love what you do. The rest of the time, our close knit team will keep your spirits high. We’re truly like one big family, and we want somebody to come and be a part of that.

If you're a people person, strive in a busy and target driven environment and love seeing results, this is the job for you.

Your main tasks will be taking charge of tenant enquiries and driving bookings for off-campus student accommodation. Main duties will include:

- Dealing with all tenant and landlord enquiries over the telephone, email and live chat

- Arranging viewings

- Following up viewings and encouraging property bookings

- Meeting sales targets

- Upselling products to both landlords and tenants

- Assisting with tenant maintenance enquiries

- Onboarding new landlords

Ideally you’ll have strong sales experience, experience of meeting targets, and good written communication skills. It would also be preferable for you to have your own car and a driving licence.
