Multi Skilled Operative / Tradesmen
DMS Property maintenance are passionate about both their customers and their employee’s and are looking to add to their close working team.
We are A seeking Skilled Tradesmen and Multi Skilled repairs operative to work throughout kent with the following trades:
• Plastering
• Rendering
• Roofing
• Groundworks
• Bricklaying
The Ideal candidate will have:
• Have an main trade though multi skilled in related areas of work
• At least 5 years’ experience within their trade / repairs industry
• And / or Trade Qualifications at City & Guilds, NVQ 2 or equivalent experience
• The ability to work on your own or part of a team within a customer orientated property repairs environment
• Ability to work to deadlines, priorities workloads and demonstrate a professional manner working with the public
IT Skills required area:
- Use of handheld PDA system and or
- Emails
Must have a full clean driving license, position based throughout Kent
Starting rate £ 15 per hour with pay rise after trial period + pension, Van & Phone also provided with the option of price work to increase earnings.
Or good rates and price work options should you wish to be self-employed.
