Customer Services Advisor - Retail Banking Branch role
£17-£20,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday 9 - 5
Saturday 9am- 12noon (2 per month)
Working within retail banking you will be customer facing, based at the Strood Branch of this great retail bank
However you will be expected to work between other branches locally to cover sickness and business needs so flexibly on this is required along with your own transport
Duties:
* Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure a customer centric approach and to provide an efficient and professional service for every customer interaction placing importance on customer satisfaction.
* Encourage customer feedback both positive and negative and take a proactive approach to identify continual areas of improvement.
* Respond to all enquiries efficiently and in a timely manner and recognise when more complex issues may need to be escalated.
* To demonstrate excellent communication skills face to face and via the telephone ensuring that the customer is well informed at all stages of their customer journey.
* To process all transactions with precision and accuracy.
* Open accounts, process monies and general admin with the accounts
* To positively contribute towards the overall branch performance including key performance and risk indicators (KPI's)
* Work within the required SLA's and have an in depth understanding of the business's complaints procedure with the aim of resolving any complaints at the first point of contact and escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
If you have worked within banking or a high end retail company then please apply for this great opportunity
You will have GCSE/GCE qualifications in both maths and English as well as previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment and have excellent IT skills
A DBS and Credit check is required and 2 previous references
