Based on the Medway City Estate, Must Have Ideas Ltd is a friendly, small but very rapidly growing ecommerce company selling household, beauty, garden and pet products to our growing customer base in the UK and USA.
We are looking for a part time Accounts Assistant to join our small but busy friendly team. Working with our external accountant, you will be responsible for al aspects of the accounts function within the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining a detailed multi-currency cashflow forecast
• Weekly bank reconciliation
• Invoice processing
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Making payments to suppliers
• Administering and paying staff expenses
• Administering payroll (with our external payroll provider)
You must:
• Be well motivated, enthusiastic and a good team player
• Have Excellent attention to detail
• Be happy to take responsibility and get things done
• Be computer literate and in particular excellent knowledge of Excel
• Have experience in a similar role
This role is for 16 hours a week initially. There may be the opportunity to increase the hours as the company grows. We are flexible on which hours/days you work (within standard business hours) to fit around your other commitments.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our small, friendly team with significant room for growth as the company expands.
