Our client has a new position for an IT Help Desk / Servce Desk Supervisor / Manager / team lead to join its team in Kent.
It is essential that you you have current / recent IT Help Desk supervisory experience with a good knowledge aroud ITIL, SLA's, and process improvement.
In terms of technical skills you will need:-
* Windows operating systems
* Windows Server
* AD
* Office365
* VMWare
To lead a small IT service desk team it is essential that you have good interpersonal skills as you will liaise wth internal stakeholders and management
3rd party relationship / vendor management skills a bonus.
