MATERIALS AND PLANT MANAGER
Applicants must have good building materials knowledge as well as some experience in plant hire.
Responsibilities will include: managing our small yard of Company plant as well as hiring in and off-hiring ad-hoc small plant; maintaining stock levels in our small warehouse; forklift loading and unloading; ordering in specialist materials
The use of Excel, Outlook is essential – ideally some Sage 50 Accounts experience would be advantageous. Hours of work 7am to 5pm Mon to Fri with a 30 minute unpaid meal break daily.
Benefits include: use of a Company vehicle when necessary (would need to hold current driving licence), 28 days’ holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays (pro rata first and last year), contributory pension scheme, optional health scheme after 1 year of service.
