MATERIALS AND PLANT MANAGER
Applicants must have good building materials knowledge as well as some experience in plant hire.
Responsibilities will include: managing our small yard of Company plant as well as hiring in and off-hiring ad-hoc small plant; maintaining stock levels in our small warehouse; forklift loading and unloading; ordering in specialist materials
The use of Excel, Outlook is essential – ideally some Sage 50 Accounts experience would be advantageous. Hours of work 7am to 5pm Mon to Fri with a 30 minute unpaid meal break daily.

Salary £23000– £26000 per annum dependent on experience
