We are currently recruiting for experienced machine operatives for our client based in Headcorn.
The company currently run two different shift patterns 06:00-15:00 & 15:00-24:00
Pay Rates:
Mornings - £8.48
Evening - £9.75
This job will involve operating the machines used to fill and label bottles. You will be assisting the shift manager and supervisor in all aspects of food production within an efficient, continuously improving production line. Candidates would need to work at a fast but accurate pace as you would need to keep up with the machines that are making the product.
Due to types of products that the company make and who they make it for there are very strict health and hygiene protocols that need to be adhered to.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Be flexible with working hours
• Good attention to detail
• Be able to work well as part of a team and on their own
• Be able to work at a fast but accurate pace
• Good numeracy and literacy skill
• Knowledge of working within a food manufacturing role in a factory would be desirable.
• Good health and safety awareness.
Own transport is desirable but not essential.
