Our business is experiencing considerable growth, with an unprecedented demand for wooden products – beehives, frames, hive stands and boxes. We are therefore looking to add to our fabulous team of Production Assistants. If you are good with your hands, versatile and happy working with hand and machine tools and would like to be part of a really friendly, small business based on lovely farmland in East Kent, then this could be the job for you!

• Duties will include production and assembly of a varied range of bee related equipment; picking and packing and general warehouse duties.

• Experience of using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery would be useful, but is not essential as full training will be given.

• The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, able to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.

• Hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.00 pm.

• Hourly rate will commence at £9.00/hour/usual working week 40 hours.

Terms and Conditions include:

The core hours are: 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Annual leave allowance to be advised and adjusted from your start date, plus the Bank Holidays. Occasional Saturday working may be required, as might an overnight stay (potentially 3 x a year at our trade shows).
