Start Date: ASAP

Basic Salary: £18,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)

On Target Earnings: £25,000

Location: Brands Hatch Area

Hours: 5 days per week including a Saturday (2 Saturdays on, 1 Saturday off)

Our business is all about people and representing our customers’ interests at all times. If you have no solution, you need to find one (we don’t always have exactly the property our customer desires). This often means telephone call after telephone call, whether that be re-generating interest by talking to previous clients, arranging valuations and viewings or securing an appointment for our in-house mortgage advisors.

You may have had some previous sales experience but if not our training is award-winning so as long as you are prepared to work really hard to achieve your goals and targets, we can do the rest.

Flexibility and persistency are key to this role but you need to fit comfortably with our company values and morals. Courtesy, honesty, trust and respect towards both our colleagues and our customers are at the core of our culture and working hard here is a given.

Your commission is personal to your results and your expected Year 1 earnings will be up to £25,000. However, as you develop your skills and progress up the promotional ladder, your earnings can easily reach 3 or 4 times that amount!
