We seek an experienced Shop Manager to lead our Sittingbourne shop to achieve sales and profit targets and raise the profile and awareness of Demelza through marketing initiatives.
You will have previous retail experience, with a proven track record of successfully achieving targets.
You will lead the support and the development of the volunteer workforce. You will need to demonstrate your excellent communication and people management skills. You must have a flexible approach to working and be able to use your initiative to make effective decisions and delegate work.
Basic computer skills are a requirement for this role. This role will involve moderate moving and handling. You will be required to work flexibly across the seven day trading week.
