Rent Arrears Advisor - Immediate start - Temp - £13.15 per hour
Our client based in Sidcup is looking to recruit a Rent Arrears Advisor to join our successful client on a temporary basis, with a view to start immediately.
The successful candidate will be -
* Experienced in customer service and ideally collections or setting up re-payment plans for customers
* Excellent communicator, with high degree of self-awareness, confidence and resilience
* Great attention to detail, and ability to use technology in the workplace
* A team-player who is willing to take responsibility, but can also work independently
* Compassionate, grounded, logical and objective
* Able to follow through on difficult decisions
