Medication Lead
Littlebourne House is a residential and EMI care home. We are currently looking to recruit Medication Leads to join our team.
Main duties as a medication lead would be to; administer prescribed medication to patients and provide support, update necessary documents accordingly, carry out medication audits, monthly ordering of medication, clerking in medication, chasing up any required medication and insulin administration following policies.
Requirements
Candidates wishing to apply should have NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care
Minimum of 1 year experience in administering of mediation
Attention to detail and good time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
