Do you work in a care environment and hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent qualification) in a care related subject?

We seek individuals to join our busy multi-disciplinary hospice team, with potential opportunities to work in the community as the Demelza Care at Home service expands.

You must be able to show a can do approach in a busy team environment with the ability to constantly prioritise and innovate to meet the needs of the children, young people and families.

You must have experience of working with children with disabilities or complex needs, with the ability to effectively implement care plans to deliver high quality delegated, holistic care to children, young people and provide support for their families.

You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of Safeguarding with the ability to recognise and report concerns effectively.

Shifts will include rotation onto days, nights, weekends and public holidays, for which additional enhancement payments will be made.
