Due to the rising success we have had over the past 5 years we are looking for a self-motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team.
We are looking for an individual that will learn all aspects of the company, whilst working along side the Recruitment Consultant, including
- Assisting the Recruitment Consultant when filling bookings
- Sourcing Operatives for positions
- Sending Texts
- Sending emails
- Speaking with Clients
- Registering new Candidates and uploading their documentation onto our software program (training will be provided)
- Chasing for missing documentation
- Monitoring and sending emails
- Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook experience essential
- Pleasant and Confident Telephone Manner
- Monday to Friday
7.30am until 5.00pm
Must be able to drive due to location (No bus stops or Train Station close to the office)
