My client is now looking for a Customer Service/ Sales/ Administration person to join their small, established and close knit team.
Established for over 20 years and having won award for their service, they pride themselves on offering bespoke solutions for their many clients, of which some are household/ recognised names.
The role consists of taking incoming calls, dealing with enquiries and requests.
Offering the very best customer service to clients and potential clients alike.
Suggesting solutions to clients to ensure they understand the full service offer available.
Some soft up-selling and cross selling , whilst building relationships.
Contacting existing clients and lapsed clients to keep and build relationships and to ensure that my client is at the forefront of their minds when looking for that particular service.
Following up with quotations via email and over the telephone.
Administrative duties to ensure that client records are kept up to date.
The ideal person will have first class communication skills.
Excellent rapport building and relationship building skills.
Customer service and added value will be key, when providing service.
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a calm 'can do' and positive way.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, together with strong administrative skills
Team player, who will muck in and has the ability to use your initative.
Takes pride in work and in self.
Annual basic salary circa 20k plus bonus/ commission and a great working environment
