The Best Connection are currently seeking van drivers who have a keen interest in working for a furniture delivery company in Marden.

The Best Connection are one of the leading temporary workforce providers to companies in and around the Kent area.

The role itself requires the candidate to deliver furniture to home addresses in areas around the South East of England. You will be required to deliver larger products, such as tables and sofas. This can also be multi-drop, and will range within the 10-25 drops per day mark.


Pay Rates:

£9.50 per hour


All candidates will be placed on a 12 week temp to perm. This means that once you have completed 12 weeks through The Best Connection, you will be transferred onto a full time contract with the client.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept candidates with more than 6 points on their licence due to insurance restrictions.

Experience is preferred, but NOT essential. As long as the candidate has some sort of delivery experience, the client will be more than happy to train you to the required level.

Please note that this is very much a customer facing role, therefore a pleasant attitude towards customers is a fundamental requirement.

Please be aware that some of the objects can weigh up to 100kg, and may involve humping the furniture up stairs etc in order to reach the customer.

All furniture and decor will already be pre-made, therefore you will not be delivering and erecting flat pack furniture.

The drivers will NOT be required to load their vehicles, this will be completed by the warehouse staff the day before.
