Internal Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

£20-23k + bonus



Exciting opportunity for a switched on and independent Internal Sales and Customer Service professional to join my client, a small business based on Kings Hill.

Duties include:

* Offering first line customer support
* Sales order processing
* Pro-actively building relationships with existing client base, upselling where possible
* Meeting with customers where appropriate
* Supporting Directors and external sales team
* Providing a comprehensive administrative support function to the business
* Identifying opportunities for growth
* Bringing new ideas to the table
* Ad-hoc duties where required

The right candidate will have/ be:

* Exceptional customer service skills
* Customer facing; well presented with a good commercial acumen and professional outlook
* Strong administrative skills
