We are passionate about helping vulnerable people to reach their full potential. We strive for a fairer society where vulnerable people find stability, the most excluded are included, and where homelessness and poverty are things of the past.

The role: You will support homeless people who have complex needs (which may be related to mental ill health) and find it difficult to accept help.
Your job is to earn their trust and help them take the steps to leave the streets behind. You will also help them address issues that led to their homelessness, and direct them to other forms of help if needed.

There will be a requirement to do outreach work that starts in the early morning.

This role requires:

A patient and compassionate approach to supporting people who have been homeless for years and find it difficult to accept help.
Specialist knowledge of assisting rough sleepers who experience issues related mental health and / or substance misuse.
A passion for helping people in difficult circumstances.
The ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
