Internal Sales / Technical Sales - Permanent role

£25,000+ basic plus an additional £4k-£5k+ commission
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays and your birthday off
Team building days (including paintballing), Summer BBQ and Christmas Party

This Internal Sales / Technical Sales role requires candidates to have a natural aptitude and passion for learning new products and parts.

You will have a technical background and be looking to grow and develop within this field. Candidates from trade counters, estimating roles and engineering backgrounds tend to do very well with our client.

There is no new business development within this role, they are all live accounts and have service contracts in place, it is all about managing the work and quotes that comes in effectively and developing that relationship.

The duties for this Internal Sales / Technical Sales role will include but not be limited to:

* Covering an existing client base across London, South East and South West
* Producing and managing all quotes off the back of the engineers call outs
* Surveying sites and assisting with technical part information
* Building rapport and further developing the client relationship - upselling where possible
* Negotiating on price if needed and analysing any competitor quotes
* Liaising with suppliers on cost
* Updating the in-house CRM

The successful Internal Sales / Technical Sales Advisor will have:

* Previous sales experience - ideally within a technical capacity
* A passion and ability to learn new products and parts
* Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
* A drive to succeed
