1st Line Technician
Location: Aylesford
Salary: £20,000- £25,000 DOE
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced 1st Line to join a business that is rapidly expanding. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dedicated and looking to take the next step in their career. You'll need to hit the ground running but support and training will be provided. A solid understanding of IT is required.
Essential:
* Experience using Active Directory to administrate user accounts
* Experience of troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
* Ability to support printer and photocopying issues
* Experience of prioritising tickets and escalating appropriately
* Driving licence
* A min of 1 years experience in an IT support environment
Desirable:
* Good customer service skills
* 2-4 years experience providing technical support
* Positive attitude
* Team player
