Financial Service provider based in Kings Hill are looking for a confident and hardworking individual to join their office support team as an Administrator.
Ideally, the right candidate will have experience in administration or business support and possess strong conversation skills. Must be IT literate.
Responsibilities include:
* Filing / Scanning
* General administration
* Processing mail
* Support the business support function
* Input information onto the in-house system
Skills required:
*Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to work to a deadline
*Effective communication skills
*Good MS Office application knowledge
Hours of work are: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary on offer: £17,000pa.
Benefits include holiday, pension and parking.
