Payroll Administrator Part-Time Maidstone £11-£12 per hour. 25 hours a week flexible on days

Your new company
You will be working for a great an established organisation on the outskirts of Maidstone. The Part-Time Payroll Administrator job has become available due to someone moving on. This is a part-Time position for 25 hours a week, however the company are flexible on the days you work and if you want to complete over 3 or 5 days.

Your new role
You will complete all the payroll administration to submit to the payroll bureau for all staff on a variety of contracts including 0 hours. You will be responsible for checking timesheets and entering the information onto the system. You will enter overtime, salary changes and changes to staff details. You will compile an analysis of staff pay rates, deal with leavers and their required pay. You will deal with all aspects of Income Tax and National Insurance, liaise with the companies pension administrator regarding Auto Enrolment and to check all tax year end details before processing.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need current experience in a pure Payroll position dealing with all payroll administration and ideally dealing with Payroll Bureau's and a variety of employee contracts. You will be looking for only Part-Time hours of 25. You will work efficiently and accurately when entering the information.

What you'll get in return

You will be paid the equivalent of £11-£12 per hour for 25 hours a week.
