We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our client's friendly team as a Floor Manager. The client is a fun, family orientated American Diner in Sevenoaks.
You will be working alongside the Restaurant Manager, managing the floor and all the staff on shift. Ensuring a smooth running of the floor at all times.
Experience of working within a restaurant type environment is essential, being able to promote a good customer service smile at all times, checking to ensure a high standard is delivered both on the floor and in the kitchen, be able to lead by example with the team of waiting staff.
