We are a small friendly company based in Langley, Maidstone looking to recruit an Account’s Assistant to support the Finance Manager to manage the accounts/service charges of a portfolio of 18 estates including the accounts for the Lettings Department of over 60 properties located in/around Maidstone, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Herne Bay

Key Skills:

• Purchase ledger

• Sales ledger

• Invoice processing

• Monthly bank reconciliations

• Weekly payments via in house system utilising BACS

• Credit card reconciliation

• Payments to Landlords

• Assist with Service Charge Renewals

• Dealing with Service Charge enquiries

• Focus software is used, in-house training will be provided

Requirements:

Experience in Microsoft Office/Excel

Good Accounting knowledge/experience

Good Attention to detail and organisation skills

Ability to work under pressure and to be able to prioritise your workload

Experience in FOCUS desirable, but not essential as in-house training will be provided
