My client have a 20+ year history in insurance in the area and serving customers and clients nationally. The exceptional services and products that they continuously commit to delivering has allowed them to develop a sizeable market presence in the area and continue to regularly uptake staff in order to maximise their continuing success. They champion their customer services and do so through full and extensive training as well as regular opportunities to progress and develop. They are recognised as an elite employee and take extensive pride in the employee satisfaction levels that they maintain.
They do so by; running team-based competitions and social events; discounts; free parking; a chance for career growth and development in the long term; they also offer free and confidential 24/7 employee support schemes
£Salary up to 18,000+benefits
Day to day duties include; responding to inbound calls and emails, seeking to maximise customer satisfaction through solving their queries and advising on products; liaising with colleagues to ensure completion of tasks under time pressure; utilising internal systems (full training provided); administrative duties.
You need to: have approxiately 6 months-1 year office-based (ideally customer service) experience; have a good academic background (6+ GCSEs B or above preferred); be well presented and well organised; local to Tonbridge (or Sevenoaks, Orpington, Tunbridge Wells); enjoy interacting with people/enjoy customer-facing experience; be fully IT literate and able to get on with people and succeed in a team-based work environment!
