£Salary up to 18,000+benefits
Day to day duties include; responding to inbound calls and emails, seeking to maximise customer satisfaction through solving their queries and advising on products; liaising with colleagues to ensure completion of tasks under time pressure; utilising internal systems (full training provided); administrative duties.
You need to: have approxiately 6 months-1 year office-based (ideally customer service) experience; have a good academic background (6+ GCSEs B or above preferred); be well presented and well organised; local to Tonbridge (or Sevenoaks, Orpington, Tunbridge Wells); enjoy interacting with people/enjoy customer-facing experience; be fully IT literate and able to get on with people and succeed in a team-based work environment!
