JOB TITLE: Key Accounts Assistant

LOCATION: Aylesford

TYPE: Construction business

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

We're teaming up with the Service Manager to recruit for a Key Accounts Assistant to support the smooth running of large contractual jobs.

The day to day duties in your new job would be (but would not be limited to):

* To be the main point of contact for several key customer accounts
* Maintain and build relationships with existing clients
* Schedule engineers to emergency call outs around the whole of the UK
* Making the first contact to clients with any outstanding credits on their accounts
* Work to strict SLA agreement and to update a client portal regularly
* Answering all general enquiries in accordance with processes and procedures
* Source answers and think logically to find solutions
* Attend client conference service calls
* Ordering of engineer's materials

* Experience within a similar role
