The role:
You will ensure that Porchlight properties are places that people who have been homeless can call home.
You will carry out regular checks of our properties, making sure they are maintained to a good standard, communal areas are clean and tidy, and that health & safety and fire regulations are adhered to.
Other responsibilities will include helping manage occupancy agreements, overseeing move-ins and move-outs, arrears management, ensuring databases are kept up-to-date and other administrative duties.
You will also be involved with developing the way that housing management is carried out by Porchlight.
This role requires:
Good communication and people skills
The ability to build constructive relationships
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to record information accurately
Willingness to learn new skills
A full driving licence and access to a car (subject to the provisions of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and Equality Act 2010).
Benefits:

We will also help you study towards qualifications in housing law, housing management, compliance and legislation in health & safety.
