Job Title: Client Service Technician
Role: Oversight of all Premium Processing activities
A significant element of this role involves the positive and proactive management of 3rd party service provider, as well as working alongside other Teams. The role requires a clear and current awareness of the premium processing requirements across the Groups and is responsible for the following:
Report to the Assistant Director and assist with the delivery of a highly professional, consistent & efficient premium processing service to all Teams
Work with the Assistant Director and other members of the team to ensure the implementation of the end to end service model - across all business units
Act as first line contact for the front end teams in ensuring the effective and accurate handover of work
Maintains the objective to assist in the implementation of change across the Group
Develop and maintain the role of a GXB Super User and of the K2 workflow solution
Maintain a role as Premium Processing "Subject Matter Expert"
Ability to interpret and use MI / KPIs to drive standards and improvement
