We are seeking a self-motivated and reliable warehouse & packing operator to join our progressive company, based in Harrietsham, Kent.
You will be working in a friendly environment geared towards personal development and learning, with an open culture that values the contribution of every individual. You will have an essential role in the storage and packing of our products and will have the opportunity to a play a vital role in our growth. You will also be given a high level of autonomy within the role to meet your goals.
Job Summary:
To inspect products at goods in stage, to ensure that products are stored in a safe and clean manner and complete pick and pack to customer orders.
Key responsibilities:
QA checks on In-coming Goods.
Have good attention to detail.
Pick and pack to customer orders.
Will have experience in a pick and pack warehouse environment or equivalent.
Ability to work well under pressure, whilst still maintaining a high level of quality.
Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work well within team.
Troubleshooting issues.
Liaise with Operations and Production teams to resolve issues.
IT literate.
Capable of undertaking repetitive tasks.
Willing to be flexible.
Hours of work:
Monday-Friday, 08:30hrs to 16:30hrs, full time hours.
37.5 hrs per week, plus overtime if required.
