Project Administration Coordinator
Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is working with a well-established independent broker who is currently looking to recruit a Project Administration Coordinator into the business.
The role of project administration coordinator is a varied role giving someone with insurance knowledge the ability to coordinate all aspects of the business administration relating to various projects within the business. The project administration coordinator completes a wide variety of duties to ensure the smooth delivery and accurate administration of project data, liaising with senior management and 3rd parties involved in the project across the Commercial & personal lines teams.
Duties include;
• Acting as a point of contact all administration relating to the project
• Coordinating project plans, resources, equipment and information to support the delivery of projects
• Working with the individual project teams to support key project activities including planning, reporting, risk and issue management plus transformation updates to key stakeholders
• Monitoring and maintaining systems and liaising with system providers to get the issues resolved as efficiently as possible
We are seeking candidates with solid organisational skills, including multi-tasking and time management. Excellent communicator with strong customer and team working skills with the ability to use Microsoft office but also with a good awareness of working in the insurance industry and looking for a role away from the front line broking or underwriting. A good level of education and some experience within Project management/the ability to prepare flowcharts would be great, but is by no means essential.
