We are an established online retail and shipping company looking to recruit an Online Customer Services Assistant who will become involved in all aspects of our business.
The position will involve:
• taking orders and processing them onto the system
• answering customer enquiries over the telephone and via email
• liaising with Royal Mail and various courier companies
• inputting data on our stock control system
• working to daily deadlines
Skills required:
• good IT skills
• excellent telephone manner
• eye for detail and accuracy
• able to plan own workload
• interest and enthusiasm
Personal qualities:
• team worker
• able to relate to staff at all levels
• good sense of humour
Hours: 09:00 to 17:00 hours Monday to Friday
4 weeks holiday
Salary dependent upon experience
Full training will be given for a suitable candidate
