Our Client is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their friendly team on a temp to perm basis.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for Lunch, Free parking on site.
Duties will include
Answering Telephone Calls
Dealing with customer enquirers from Phone Calls, E-mail and Social Media.
Advising customers on orders.
Tracking Orders to update customers.
A good understanding of Social media would be preferred but not essential.
