Legal secretary vacancies are available in a small but thriving Solicitors practice based in Broadstairs. Hardman and Watson is a long established but dynamic high street practice with a mixture of conveyancing, family law, employment, landlord and tenant and probate work.
The successful candidates will have previous legal secretarial experience, preferably within family law or property law. The candidates will be expected to be able to undertake a mixture of audio typing and client contact. Excellent communication skills are essential.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
a) The preparation of correspondence and legal documentation using audio-typing and word processing systems.
b) File management
c) Arranging appointments and diary management
d) Communicating with clients, the Court and legal representatives.
e) Dealing with enquires by telephone and email.
f) Provide support to fee earners within the office as and when necessary.
Closing date 4pm Friday 6th September 2019.
