About the job:
The position will play an integral part within the Customer Service Division providing administrative support to the Corporate & Private Client Management Team.
You will be corresponding with clients via email and by phone, creating excellent relationships with our Corporate Clients as well as liaising with other stakeholders within CAF. You will be opening and administering accounts and dealing with donation requests and enquiries. Providing an efficient and effective customer service to existing and prospective customers, you will actively promote CAF products and services.
The ideal candidate will have great verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi task with an eye for detail. You should enjoy working under pressure, prioritising work and be computer literate. You will be working as part of a team and should therefore have a friendly demeanour and be flexible and supportive of your colleagues.
