Job title: Product Development Manager, Investments
Contract: up to 12 months FTC

Based in: London or Kings Hill, Kent (frequent travel between locations will be required)

We are looking for a product specialist to help us build solutions that address the real needs of charities looking to invest their precious reserves..
You will be part of a small, creative and disciplined team of experienced professionals, helping to drive a radical re-shaping of the investment products and services we offer. You will work cross-functionally to develop cut-through product propositions that deliver real tangible value to our charity customers. You will work with colleagues from sales, marketing, finance, IT and other departments to build digital solutions that are future proofed and user-friendly .
You will be skilled at product development and innovation. You will have experience in generating and distilling actionable insights that lead to best in class products and services. You will be an instinctive leader, used to bringing cross functional teams together around a clear and compelling vision. You might bring experience from the Digital, Financial Services or Charities sectors. You will understand user-experience design and the value it can add to product fit. As someone motivated by delivery, you will have a natural entrepreneurial flair. Experience of getting stakeholder buy-in using business case logical and clear return outcomes is vital. Experience of working on platform solutions would be an advantage.
