Due to the recent development and expansion of Nexus Programme LTD we have the following staffing vacancies across our homes:

• Full time contract Team Leaders (37.5 hours per week minimum)
• Full time contract Support workers (37.5 hours per week minimum)
• Waking Night Support workers (36 hours per week minimum)

All roles include Weekend/Bank Holiday days. There is a Sleep-in rate for Team Leaders and Day Support workers.

The ideal candidates will have the following experience and qualifications;

• Team leaders must have a level 3 NVQ or Level 3 Diploma in health and Social care and at least 2 years Team leading experience.
• Support workers must have a care certificate, level 2 NVQ/Diploma or BTEC in Health and social care or be willing to train for these qualifications.
• A good command of speaking, reading and writing in English

The Ideal candidates will have the following skills and attributes:

• 21 years old or over
• Drivers or be able to access rural locations independently
• Computer literate

Due to the nature of services we offer we need to recruit staff who are proactive in their approaches to care and support towards Adults with Learning Disabilities and associated complex needs.

These roles may require staff to perform Personal care to our Service Users.

These are active roles and including recreational activities with our Service Users such as Swimming, Bike riding, Bowling and walking etc.

These roles also include Domestic tasks such as Laundry, Food and drink Preparation, Ironing and General Housework duties.

All roles have access to the following benefits:

• Meals provided whilst on duty.
