Job brief
We are looking for a part-time Accounts Administrator to manage our company’s accounts payable and receivable. We are looking for someone in the office 3 hours a day Monday to Friday preferably in the mornings but this is flexible for the right candidate. The successful candidate needs to be willing to work as part of a team and motivated to learn.
Accounts Administrator responsibilities include:
Managing payments to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
Processing bank deposits
Reconciling financial statements
Raising of invoices/charges
Reviewing and reconciling accounts
Processing payments to third parties
Maintaining records for invoices and receipts
Updating internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
Identify and address numerical errors
To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping. A knowledge of Sage would be desirable
